Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains the terms under which you may cancel your subscription or request a refund for services provided through the ANNEXTrades website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By subscribing, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1.1 Recurring Payments

All paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) until cancelled by you or terminated by ANNEXTrades.

1.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

1.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize ANNEXTrades to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.

2.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Platform or by contacting our support team.

2.2 Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your plan benefits until that date.

2.3 Failure to Cancel Before Renewal

If you do not cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will renew automatically, and charges for the new billing cycle will apply.

3.1 General Rule

All payments made to ANNEXTrades are non-refundable.

3.2 Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• If you were mistakenly charged due to a billing system error.
• If you were incorrectly billed after cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.
• If required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3.3 Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

3.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4.1 Trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial expires.

4.2 Promotional Discounts

Any promotional or discounted rate will apply only for the period specified in the offer. Afterward, standard subscription fees will apply unless otherwise stated.

5.1 Violation of Terms

ANNEXTrades reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you violate our Terms & Conditions or misuse the Platform.

5.2 Service Discontinuation

In the rare event that ANNEXTrades discontinues its services, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your prepaid subscription.
