General Description
Scope Of Work
The Office of Procurement (OOP) on behalf of the Office of Central Services (OCS), Facilities Operation & Management Division (FOM) is seeking contractor(s) with demonstrated professional competence and experience to perform custodial services at various County Government facilities/locations within Prince George’s County, Maryland (County).
The Contractor(s) shall provide all required services, materials, equipment, trained personnel, materials and supplies, and time applied to maintain County Government facilities neat and clean for County residents, visitors, employees, and the general public. The best “green” practices and products should be used with professional care and judgement.
The Contractor(s) shall ensure that custodial employees are well-trained, uniformed, with company badge, and Material Safety Data Sheets (M.S.D.S.) sheets for all products used in a facility should be posted in the building. Equipment used must be reliable, and in good repair, capable of functioning as designed.
