After-Hour janitorial services at the El Cajon Department of Motor Vehicles Field Office. Term: Nineteen (19) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract).
See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services Estimated budget cost $96,368.00 for nineteen (19) months term.
Current contractor and cost: Quality Cleaning Professionals, LLC. after hour janitorial services. Total cost $36,400.00 for six (6) months
