Description of the Action Being Approved. The action being approved under this Justification and Approval (J&A) is a modification to extend current contract N6945020D0001 for six months, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for architect-engineer services in the area of operations of NAVFAC SE. The contractor is Toland & Mizell Architects, Inc., 590 Means St NW Ste. 200, Atlanta, GA 30318-5799. Description of Supplies/Services. The services to be performed include architect-engineer design and engineering services for design support for various facilities-related projects and other projects in the area of operations of NAVFAC SE, including but not limited to Military Construction (MILCON) projects involving new construction, repair, and alteration of facilities. The period of performance of this action is 6 February 2025 to 5 August 2025. No additional capacity will be added to the contract.
