Scope Of Work
Sealed proposals from General Contractors will be received by Jackson County Schools in Jackson County B.O.E at 1660 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549 until 2:00 PM on March 04, 2025 for construction of:
Cooler/Freezer Replacement for East Jackson Middle School 1800 Hoods Mill Road, Commerce, GA 30529 Cooler/Freezer Replacement for West Jackson Middle School 400 Gum Springs Church Rd, Jefferson, GA 30548
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 20, 2025 at 8:30 AM.
Any person or entity that fails to attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will not be permitted to submit a Proposal for the Project and any Proposal submitted by a person or entity that did not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be returned unopened.
Competitive Sealed Proposals will be opened by the Review Committee and scored as outlined in the Instructions to Proposers. Proposals will not be opened publicly.
The Owner will notify the proposers, in writing, of the results.
