Scope Of Work
The Department of General Services (DGS) is soliciting Contractors to submit qualifications for the statewide Moving and Storage Services Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Those Contractors that meet the qualifications will be awarded a contract and will be eligible to respond to Request for Quotes (RFQ) for various types of consulting services to Commonwealth agencies and local municipalities.
OVERVIEW: The purpose of the Moving and Storage Services ITQ statewide contract is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to perform moving services for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s executive agencies. In addition, Local Public Procurement Units, as defined by the Commonwealth Procurement Code, may use this contract in accordance with the COSTARS Provision contained in this document.

TERM OF CONTRACT: The term of the Contract shall commence on January 13, 2020 and shall end when terminated by the Commonwealth pursuant to Section 23, Termination Provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS: Suppliers interested in becoming an ITQ Contractor must meet the following requirements. Failure to meet the below requirements will result in the application for qualification being rejected. Each Supplier that meets the minimum qualifications will be awarded a contract. Award of a contract to a Contractor is not a guarantee of business.
