SCOPE OF WORK
The Work will consist of flooring repair and installation services including Carpet (includes Carpet tiles), Resilient (full sheet and tiles), Linoleum, Hardwood, Laminates, engineered wood, Rubber, Wood, Natural Stone, Ceramic Tile, and Epoxy floor coating.
The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein.
CONTRACTOR’S LICENSING REQUIREMENT
The Contractor must possess a C-15 FLOORING AND FLOOR COVERING CONTRACTOR license issued by the Contractor’s State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15.
