SPECIFICATIONS: Linens & Apparel
The State is seeking to establish a pool of vendors that can provide a standard discount off vendor List Price on various Linen & Apparel Brands/Products with the optional service of Customization/Laundering/Rental, if it can be provided by the vendor. This methodology will allow agencies the abilities of getting the most recent brands, product numbers and discounts for the term of the contract. Responding bidders shall provide a standard discount off vendor List Price for Linen & Apparel items Brands/Products carried by the vendor.
If the vendor can also provide Linen & Apparel customization, laundering services or rental services, provide the standard discount off vendor List Price on each type of item type. The discount percentage should be applied to all future orders; however, the vendor may provide additional discount per quote. Examples of Linens & Apparel requested, but not limited to: Bed Sheets, Blankets, Thermal Blankets, Comforter, Mattress Protectors, Bed Skirt, Pillows, Pillowcase, Window Curtains, Towels, Rags, Washcloths, Tablecloths, Fender Cover, Rugs, Mats Shower Curtains, Laundry Cart Covers, Launder Bags, Shower Accessories, Dust Mop, Wet Mop, Socks, Bras, Boxers, Briefs, Underwear, Disposable underwear, T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Polos, Gold Shirts, Scrub Top, Scrub Bottoms, Shorts, Jeans, Wrangler Jeans (all colors), Dungarees, Sweatpants, Overalls, Coveralls, Ball Caps, Stocking Caps, Belts, etc. Other: Any other item that the vendor feels will fit in with this bid for various Linens & Apparel Optional services the vendor can offer: Embellishments: Heat Press, Embroidery, Silkscreen, customization, etc.
Linen/Appeal Laundering Services Linen/Appeal Rental Services CONTRACT TERM: Contracts awarded from this bid event will be for five (5) years from the date of award through January 31, 2030. The percentage off list price will not decrease over the life of the contract. Contractor may increase due to volume purchase or other circumstances. Each order will be quoted individually.
