The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking responsible vendors to provide chartered bus charter buses primarily to transport youth and senior citizens on various field trips organized by the City’s Department of Parks and Recreation, and for other City-organized trips, as needed, according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.
