Project Goals Contractor will perform on-demand/as needed office furnishing, equipment and supply relocation services to assist the City in achieving a proficient process for interdepartmental relocations.
The goal is to establish a reliable and adequate process for all Commerce City relocation needs. General Project Requirements The scope of services shall consist of: providing on-demand/as-needed relocation services to include protective materials, tools, transportation, and labor needed to complete relocations. All work shall be completed in accordance with applicable City standards and applicable within the agreed upon timeline. Completion of the work includes but is not limited to, site walks when needed, surface protection assets being relocated, boxing of assets when needed, surface protection on jobsites (wall coverings, corner guards, masonite, etc.), provide tools and transportation needed to move assets up for relocation and site cleanup. Key Deliverables & Tasks The tasks identified below shall conform to the City’s branding, formatting, and case project processing.
Identify each key deliverable and any related sub-deliverables] Site Walks • Respondents shall walk each potential relocation as needed or as requested by City staff to develop proper scope. Work Restriction On-site work hours: Work shall be performed at various times depending on space occupants availability and scheduling. Project Management Final Documents Respondent shall provide documentation on items being moved, condition they are in and jobs being finalized Coordination of Public Outreach; Notices Public Hearing and Study Session Presentations City Oversight A designated individual will be responsible for management of the contract for the City (“Project Manager”). The City will provide reasonable assistance to Contractor in the scheduling of meetings, interpretation of policy and procedural requirements, research relating to internal documents, coordination with outside agencies and City staff, but the City’s obligation will not limit Contractor’s obligations to perform the Services. The City will rely on the personnel, experience, and expertise of Contractor to ensure all necessary components of the scope of work are completed.
