Purpose: San Bernardino County, on behalf of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (County), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Courier Services for Specimens (Biological, Chemical and Tissue), Pharmaceuticals, and Instrumentation. Instrumentation may be sterile or contaminated, but contaminated instruments will be properly packaged by ARMC staff prior to providing such instruments to the vendor for delivery. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received. B. All Proposers must register with the ePro system prior to the date and time to submit the proposal or they will be disqualified. C. Budget The County estimates a budget of $1,250,000 for completion of this work. D. Contract Term Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section V, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for an estimated maximum of five (5) years beginning on the date an agreement is signed by the Board of Supervisors or its designee. E. Highland, San Bernardino, CA 92404 • Westside Family Health Center, 850 E. Foothill Boulevard, Rialto, CA 92376 • Redlands Family Health Center, 800 E. Lugonia Suite F, Redlands, CA 92374 The Proposer must include in Proposal, Attachment E - Cost, all transportation, lodging, and per diem costs sufficient to pay its personnel and travel to the aforementioned locations.
